De Son Home Solutions Private Limited (2019) and it’s associates consistently focuses on driving and maintaining excellence in its operations through a relentless drive for improvement in process, product and people. Today, we are among the very few distribution houses in our operational area that has its operations fully integrated and provides a basket of products under one umbrella – from Rebars to Colors. The overall basket of product, support facility and solutions has been developed to provide quality service and a better quality of life to individual homeowners and homebuilders.

Being responsible is at the core of everything that we do at DSHSPL. It is a deep-rooted value and a tradition that our Founder and Managing Director Sajal Kumar De has always been enthusiastic about.

We believe that businesses are powerful constituents of society and can make it a better place; they exist to use their ability to solve social and environmental problems. De Son Home Solutions Pvt. Ltd.’s CSR policy aims at bringing about a radical transformation in the quality of life of people living in and around the operation areas of the company through positive intervention in social uplifting programs. At DSHSPL, our community-centric initiatives emphasize the spread of quality education, healthcare, and equal opportunities to everyone working with us.

Every child should have the opportunity to reach his or her full potential. Over the years, we’ve supported programs and activities that help children cherish education at all levels.DSHSPL has offered medical health insurance and accidental benefits to all its employees, channel partners sales force, masons working under its belt, and laborers through different programs and it is a culture we inculcate yearly.

We have organized several blood donations in TATA Medical Research Centre, yearly, where all our employees and channel partners take an active part.

We empower communities through the skill development of youth and the experienced, promoting entrepreneurship and preservation of ethnicity and cultural indigenous communities.
